Mr. Gorelik,born in St. Petersburg, Russia has lived in the United States for over twenty years.  As a
commericial pilot, he flew cargo and passengers in Alaska and Far East Russia.  In 1992, he began
an outreach to street children in Russia.  This led him to establish orphanages and several outreaches to street children in and around St. Petersburg.  He and his wife founded Voice of the Children in 1998 and has continued to expand outreaches to needy children.

Prior to raising her two children in San Juan Bautista, Dr. Gorelik practiced Pediatrics at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in California.  She has a longstanding interest in the care of the undeserved and has volunteered her medical services in Africa, Latin America, and Russia.  In 1998, she and her husband founded Voice of the Children.  From 2000 to 2005, they resided in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Professor of Law

Mr. Strnad is Charles A. Beardsley Professor of Law at Stanford University.  He is a Ph.D. economist as a lawyer and has past experience in the securities industry.

Ann Lee Wolfe

Homemaker

Ms. Wolfe is a graduate of San Jose State University with a bachelor's degree in music.  She is a home-schooling mother of four and teaches piano lessons.  Along with serving on the board,  Ann has raised funds for Voice of the Children and made an on site visit to Russia.
